Charles Yare is of dual Pilipino and American heritage. He was educated in the US but relocated to Palawan with his family shortly after finishing college. He works in a guesthouse owned by his parents but aspires to be a travel writer. He fixes up old motorbikes and enjoys cooking in his spare time.
Bruno Thompson
Bruno Thompson is a retired jeweller from Brighton, UK, who now lives in the south of France. He is happily divorced and now married to the golf course! He enjoys good food, good wine and good company.
Joni Channing
Joni Channing moved from the UK to Australia two years ago after being recruited as an industrial engineer. She loves life in Australia and has even started to learn to surf. She goes back to the UK every Christmas, however, so she can dote on her two little brothers.
